CMC Telecom delivered two solutions in the presentation of Mr. Le Anh Vu - Director of VAS Center: “Application of artificial intelligence for traffic regulation and security monitoring for public camera system in Da Nang city.” The two solutions received great attention from the guests at the event. It is known that Da Nang will announce the Plan of building a smart city in the coming time. In the 2019-2020 period, the city's top priority will be building a database.

Mr. Le Son Phong, Deputy Director of Department of Information and Communications emphasized that: “Many issues of data storage, update, processing and exploitation will be regulated more clearly. Therefore, it is very necessary that units such as CMC Telecom to cooperate with the People’s Committee of the city and provide solutions to complete this project, particularly supporting policy using a technical platform (GPU) to run test applications provided by CMC Telecom.”

Regarding current situation, obstacles and difficulties pointed out by representatives of departments and agencies, Mr. Le Anh Vu also said: “When applying artificial intelligence or intelligent solutions to the fields of life, it takes a lot of money to invest in the technical infrastructure. To share the burden with authorities of Da Nang, CMC Telecom is willing to pay the costs of investment, installation and sublease of technical infrastructure. Thus, financing applications will be less stressful for the budget channel.” This affirmation of CMC Telecom was highly appreciated with high consensus at the event.
