According to Decision No. 118/2025/QĐ-CTHĐQT, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CMC Corporation has appointed 17 members to the Corporation’s Leadership Team for the 2025 - 2028 term as follows:

1. Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh is appointed as Chairman/Executive Chairman of the Corporation; 
2. Mr. Ho Thanh Tung is appointed as President - CEO, CMC Corp; 
3. Mr. Le Thanh Son is appointed as EVP/COO, CMC Corp; 
4. Mr. Ngo Trong Hieu is appointed as EVP CMC Corp/CEO CMC Telecom;
5. Mr. Dang Ngoc Bao is appointed as EVP CMC Corp/CEO CMC Global; 
6. Mr. Pham Ngoc Bac is appointed as EVP CMC Corp/CEO CMC TS;
7. Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thanh Tung is appointed as EVP CMC Corp/President CMC University; 
8. Mr. Dang Tung Son is appointed as SVP/CSO CMC Corp;
9. Mr. Dang Van Tu is appointed as SVP/CTO CMC Corp;
10. Mr. Nguyen Minh Tue is appointed as SVP/CFO CMC Corp;
11. Mr. Dang Minh Tuan is appointed as SVP CMC Corp/President CMC ATI; 
12. Mr. Pho Duc Kien is appointed as VP CMC Corp/DCEO CMC Telecom;
13. Mr. Nguyen Viet Bach is appointed as VP CMC Corp/DCEO (CDO) CMC Global;
14. Mr. Le Anh Linh is appointed as VP CMC Corp/DCEO CMC TS;
15. Mr. Nguyen Hai Son is appointed as VP CMC Corp/CEO CMC Consulting;
16. Mr. Tran Quoc Chinh is appointed as VP, CMC Corp/CEO CMC CS;
17. Mr. Le Anh Tuan is appointed as VP CMC Corp/Vice President CMC Uni.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh – Chairman & Executive Chairman of CMC Corporation, emphasized: “For the first time in CNC’s history, our leadership team brings together a harmonious blend of seasoned professionals and a new generation of energetic young leaders - a succession ready to shoulder responsibility and build the future. The addition of key leadership positions has increased the total number of members in CMC Corporation’s Executive Leadership Team to 17, ensuring a fully structured and complete senior governance system. This move reflects CMC’s direction in building a strong, specialized, and clearly assigned leadership team with close coordination across all member units.

In parallel with this organizational consolidation, nearly 6,000 CMC employees across Vietnam and international markets have demonstrated resilience, innovation, and decisive action, resulting in remarkable achievements in the first quarter of fiscal year 2025: Estimated revenue reached VND 2,459 billion, a 23% increase year-on-year; pre-tax profit was VND 136 billion, growing by 21%.

The leadership appointments and restructuring coincide with CMC Corporation recent approval by the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park (SHTP) Management Board to develop the CMC Hyperscale Data Center Project, with a total investment exceeding USD 250 million. The project, designed with an initial capacity of 30MW and expandable to 120MW, integrates advanced technologies such as DWDM 800G, SD-WAN, XGS-PON, SASE, and renewable energy applications, aligning with the model of a green data center.

Earlier, on June 1, 2025, CMC hosted the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the CMC Creative Space Hanoi (CCS Hanoi), a project that embodies long-term vision, advanced technology, and an ambition to shape the future. The event was attended and witnessed by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, leaders of various ministries and government bodies, as well as strategic partners including Samsung Vietnam, Samsung SDS Vietnam, and over 200 distinguished guests. CCS Hanoi is expected to become the "digital heart" of CMC's AI-X strategy, housing 5,000 engineers and powering Vietnam’s open AI ecosystem.

These bold moves in building leadership and developing strategic infrastructure demonstrate CMC’s long-term vision and strong determination on its journey to elevate national capability and conquer the global technology market.
