To achieve ITIL Expert certificate, there are 2 branches for learners to choose from and Mr. Khuu Han Giang has chosen branch of Service Lifecycle Module. In this branch, learners must pass 5 subjects: Service Strategy - SS, Service Design -SD, Service Transition - ST, Service Operation -SO, Continual Service Improvement - CSI (Intermediate Level) and the last subject: Managing Through The LifeCycle - MALC (Advanced Level)
During the learning process, learners always do case studies in Sample Paper. Each lesson consists of a real business case and questions in accordance with that case, with 4 answers that equivalent to the score of 0, 1, 3, 5. For the structure of the exam, each exam consists of 8 sentences and must be completed within 120 minutes. Each question consists of one scenario and accompanying questions.
