CMC TS and PSI officially launch new securities trading system
PSI together with CMC TS and Goline officially introduce new securities trading system on 19 November 2019.
The new system is designed to initially support clients, securities service staffs, independent brokers and regulators. On the basis of technology from Okasan Information System Company (OIS) - one of 5 leading securities enterprises in Japan, the new securities trading system will help PSI to minimize business process and operating time with automated processing tools, also to reduce freezing and crashing issues during trading hours. Currently, OIS securities software system is being deployed popularly and successfully in the stock markets of Japan, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
PSI new securities trading system provides the fastest stock quotations in Vietnam, supporting up to 10,000 common orders and 5000 margin trading orders per second. Securities investors can actively manage their accounts in real time safely and effectively without having to contact directly the securities company, any changes in asset data are automatically updated.
Previously with the old system, PSI's securities service staff often had to do many manual tasks, which led to a lot of operating errors. According to Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung – PSI’s Deputy Director, PSI is a securities enterprise with its own characteristics, especially when building a new securities trading system, PSI’s board of directors had set many challenging requirements for CMC TS and Goline’s deployment team. Yet, within 10 months of implementation and a lot of deadlines, CMC TS and Goline consulted and proposed solutions suitable for PSI as well as completed the project on schedule.
When the new system is officially implemented, those tasks are automatically operated on software. Moreover, the new securities trading system with cutting-edge technology will support PSI to easily develop new products to meet capacity requirements of stock market, while providing dynamic reports with quick response time, assisting PSI’s directors in decision making and management.
At the ceremony, Mrs. Hoang Hai Anh – PSI’s Vice Chairman affirmed: “This is a very important milestone and an initial basis for PSI to continue developing our securities trading system in the future. We look forward to the upcoming successes that PSI has reaped thanks to this new system change!”
