Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Hanh Phuc - member of the Party Central Committee, General Secretary of the National Assembly, Chairman of the National Assembly Office; Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Office, leaders of units under National Assembly Office, representatives of institutions and individuals to receive certificate of merit. Representative of CMC Corporation to receive the Certificate of Merit was Mr. Nguyen Thanh Luu (Chief of Marketing & Media Department, CMC Corporation).

In the 7th meeting session of the XIV National Assembly, the National Assembly Office has had innovations and promoted the application of information technology in providing information for its members. Members can look up for international legal system relating to a bill that the National Assembly is considering, as well as the process of construction according to regulations on that field. Polls are also carried out among members of the National Assembly through electronic means. With the deployment of the new software, members do not need to bring hard copy documents along: all necessary documents can be looked up on smartphone or other mobile devices, thus contributing to the success of the meeting session. 

In recognition of the fact that the leadership and employees of the companies have raised the sense of responsibility, initiative and creativity and actively coordinated with units under National Assembly Office in applying information technology, at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hanh Phuc - Chairman of the Office has conferred Certificate of Merit upon 3 institutions and 1 individual as well as delivered a Letter of Compliment to an institution who have had excellent achievements in making contribution to the application of information technology and software to support the 7th meeting session of the XIV National Assembly, among which CMC Corporation is included.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hanh Phuc - General Secretary of the National Assembly, Chairman of the National Assembly Office emphasized that, in the revolution of Industry 4.0, the National Assembly Office always aims at innovation to improve the activities of the National Assembly. Therefore, the 7th meeting session is the first one to pilot the promotion of applying information technology in order to serve the meeting session and members of the National Assembly. This not only helps the members to comprehensively, quickly, accurately and effectively have access to information, but also helps reduce wastefulness and reduce the amount of hard-copy documents. The practicality and utility of software devices and technology application have contributed to the overall success of the meeting session, and have been highly appreciated by leadership and members of the National Assembly. With these initial achievements, the Chairman of the National Assembly Office believes that in the coming time, the companies will continue to provide supports for activities of the National Assembly and contribute to the successful implementation of electronic National Assembly.
