Center for Military Science Information under Ministry of Defense of Vietnam is the leading strategic advisory agency of the army in terms of military science information. Before, without CMC’s iLib solution, the Center encountered a lot of difficulties in managing physical and electronic documents; thus, locating documents and books for readers was still manual; searching was based on labels and catalogs, and it took a lot of efforts to find the desired documents.

Document statistical reports were also prepared manually, which is very time-consuming, and information sharing was also very difficult and costly.

The iLib e-library solution of CMC TS  meets the requirements of Center for Military Science Information - Ministry of Defense, including:

Using distributed model and centralized database model to meet requirements of data synchronization on the centralized server;

Document look-up can be performed across the army;
