Via applications like Zalo or Messenger, or by creating fake websites and apps, these scammers present forged copy of CMC's business registration certificate and office address, and ask applicants to create accounts for the work, promising high commissions for them. To do that, the applicant must spend an amount of money as deposit, which later will be stolen by the scammers. Many people have fallen victim to this fraud, with one case of losing a total of 1.7 billion VND.
