Topping-out ceremony for Tower B of CMC Creative Space is officially held
Tower B is the third office building in the CMC Creative Space complex to which the ceremony is held. Previously, the DC (Data Center) Tower and Office Tower A had also had their own topping-out ceremony held by the General Contractor on 17 July 2020 and 4 August 2020, respectively.
CMC Creative Space at Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone (District 7, Ho Chi Minh City) is a key project of CMC Corporation. With a construction area of 13,133 m2, the project consists of 2 office towers (A & B), a 7-storey Data Center tower, and the outdoor landscape. The total investment of the project (including the Data Center) is 1,500 billion VND, and construction is expected to be completed in July 2021.
The CMC Creative Space project was kicked off at the end of December 2017 - on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of CMC Corporation.
Inspired by 25 years of continuous development and the constant desire to conquer with passion and creativity, the name "CMC Creative Space" reflects the spirit of creativity and unceasing innovation of CMC people, who are ready to reach further in order to become one of the biggest, world-class technology corporations. To date, the project has officially been formed as a creative and environment-friendly technology project.
Along with Cross Vietnam Cable System (CVCS), three data centers in Hanoi, CMC NextGen SOC and CMC Institute of Science and Technology (CIST), CMC Creative Space will contribute to the construction of CMC Technology Ecosystem in order to research and deploy new technology applications, bringing added values to clients and partners. It is expected that upon its completion, the project will create the capacity to provide ITC services and solutions in large scale and contribute to the society in the era of Industry 4.0.
