OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM CMC TS

On January 10, 2026, Một Thế Giới Online Magazine (1thegioi.vn) published an article titled “CMC TS – Subsidiary of CMC Group Accused of Refusing to Pay Subcontractor Debts.”

 

CMC TS affirms that the content of the article does not accurately reflect the true nature of the matter and shows signs of being untruthful and lacking objectivity. The article uses accusatory and prejudicial wording such as “refusing to pay debts” and “showing no willingness to cooperate,” based on one-sided information, while there has been no court judgment, legally effective decision, or official conclusion from any competent authority.

The publication has caused serious damage to the brand and reputation of CMC TS and CMC Technology Group, while also negatively affecting the business environment and partner relationships.

 

In order to protect its lawful rights and interests, CMC TS will immediately issue an official request to Một Thế Giới Online Magazine to:

  • Remove the entire article and all related or republished content within no more than 12 hours from receipt of the official letter;
  • Publish a correction and public apology to CMC TS with an equal or greater level of reach than the infringing article;
  • Cease any further publication or exploitation of the matter before an official conclusion is issued by the competent authorities.

CMC TS has also submitted petitions to the supervisory authority and central and local press management agencies, requesting inspection, verification, and handling in accordance with their authority regarding suspected violations in journalistic activities related to the above-mentioned article; and requiring the media outlet to implement remedial measures including removal, correction, and public apology.

 

With regard to Datapro, CMC TS affirms that this is a commercial transaction between two legal entities, and that we possess complete documentation and legal grounds to clarify the responsibilities of the relevant parties. Before the matter is fully clarified, Datapro’s provision of one-sided information and its use of the media to create public opinion detrimental to CMC TS is unacceptable.

CMC TS will work with the relevant authorities at the earliest opportunity to resolve the matter in strict accordance with the law.
