With the topic of "Kick-start your global career in the age of digital transformation", the program is an opportunity for students to meet with leaders and senior managers of CMC - who are experts in both fields of technology and human resources. Thereby, the program aims to equip young people with appropriate awareness and orientation to develop their career after leaving their school, or even right while they are still studying there.

This time, CMC Leader Talk & Company Tour was organized by CMC Corporation in collaboration with International Training Center - Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology. In addition to the participation by a large number of students, the program was honored to welcome teachers representing the Institute, including:

With the enthusiasm and experience of veterans in the IT field, CMC's speakers shared valuable insights into expertise, technology trends and recruitment criteria; at the same time, they also gave practical advice on the way of thinking and attitude in order to successfully develop in the IT field.

Within the framework of the program, after the Tech Talk and Career Talk with many interactions between speakers and students, PTIT student delegation also had the chance to visit CMC Institute of Science and Technology, CMC Security Operations Center (SOC) and CMC Data Center. This activity left many impressions on students, since this was their first time to see the technology-specific spaces of CMC directly.

The program ended with lots of beautiful and memorable images. This is also a successful start for a series of events of CMC Corporation this year dedicated to students from other universities.
