Hanoi, December 2025 – At the conference reviewing: (i) one year of implementing the Government’s Action Program under Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW; (ii) five years of the Master Program on State Administrative Reform; and (iii) four years of implementing Project 06, CMC TS, representing CMC Technology Group, participated in the digital transformation solutions exhibition area, showcasing “Made by CMC” products in support of Digital Government. 

The conference was chaired by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh—Head of the Government’s Steering Committee for the development of science, technology, innovation, digital transformation, and Project 06—with the attendance of Deputy Prime Ministers and leaders from ministries, sectors, and localities. 

Within the framework of the event, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, together with leaders from ministries and agencies, visited CMC’s booth to tour and learn about the solutions on display.

Three CMC solutions introduced at the exhibition 

At the Project 06 Exhibition, CMC TS, representing CMC Technology Group, presented three standout solution/platform groups:

• C-Agent: A specialized AI assistant for administrative professional workflows, leveraging a Vietnamese large language model (LLM). It supports officials and civil servants in looking up regulations, guiding procedures, and automatically drafting documents—while also meeting the unit’s data security requirements. 
• C-Vision: A proactive AI camera surveillance solution applying computer vision to monitor security and urban order in real time, detect issues, and provide early risk warnings. 
• Commune-level digital transformation ecosystem: Synchronously connects commune leaders, commune officials, hamlet/neighborhood group officials, and citizens; supports public service delivery, management and administration, field incident reporting, and the development of the digital economy and digital society from the grassroots level. 

CMC’s booth at the Project 06 Exhibition attracts strong interest from delegates attending the Project 06 review conference. 

Representing CMC Technology Group, Mr. Pham Ngoc Bac—Executive Vice President (EVP) of CMC Technology Group and CEO of CMC TS—said that Project 06 and Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW together provide a strategic policy foundation, guiding Vietnamese technology enterprises to partner with the Government in building an effective, people-centered Digital Government. 

CMC stated it will continue investing in R&D, mastering core technologies, and working alongside ministries, sectors, and localities toward advancing Digital Government, a digital society, and a digital economy.
