On March 5, 2024, CMC Global Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of CMC Group) formally announced its collaboration with Hongik IT Company by executing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Hanoi. This event opens up many opportunities for business expansion and economic advancement between the two leading IT service providers of Vietnam and Korea, fostering trade cooperation and enhancing the technological capacity of the two countries in the future.

Consequently, Hongik IT will function as a partner of CMC Global in Korea, particularly focusing on the field of providing IT services, research and development of digital transformation technologies. This collaboration marks a new milestone in CMC Global’s business strategy, underscoring its dedication to researching, developing, and delivering global digital transformation IT services.

Attending the signing ceremony, on CMC Global’s side, there was the participation of Mr. Dang Ngoc Bao, CEO of CMC Global and Executive Vice President of CMC Technology Group. Representing Hongik IT was Mr. Tommy Lee, the company’s CEO. The signing ceremony also had the participation of business leaders from both sides.
