CMC Creative Space is located to the south of HCMC, in Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, HCMC on an area of 13.133 m2. The project is situated in a prime location with two expressways intersecting each other; the main gate is located on the intersection of Nguyen Van Linh highway, 7km from trade center of HCMC and near Phu My Hung Urban Area. This place is convenient for travelling and is in consistence with the goal of being "near the river and the road".  Next to CMC's building, there are many other office buildings of major technlogy companies, promising the birth of a large and modern "ICT complex" in Tan Thuan in the near future.

Technological design with lots of green space

With architectural planning including 1 data center building at the center and two office buildings on both sides, along with auxiliary works such as cafeteria, sport court, outdoor bistro, etc., CMC Creative Space is going to become an ideal office which provides lots of space for CMC staff to work and research. The front square will have a large green area, following the trend of "green office" today. The elevator lobby is illuminated by natural light, with a large hall space that can easily accommodate large function rooms such as conference room and training center, with a maximum floor space of 1042 m2.

The CMC Creative Space project was kicked off at the 25th anniversary of CMC Corporation. Inspired by 25 years of continuous development and the constant desire to conquer with passion and creativity, the name "CMC Creative Space" reflects the spirit of creativity and unceasing innovation of CMC people, who are ready to reach further in order to become one of the biggest, world-class technology corporations.

Along with Cross Viet Nam Cable System directly connecting to Southeast Asia, three data centers in Hanoi, CMC NextGen SOC and CMC Institute of Science and Technology (CIST), CMC Creative Space will contribute to the construction of CMC Technology Ecosystem in order to research and deploy new technology applications, bringing added values to customers and partners. With a total investment of nearly 1,000 billion VND, it is expected that upon its completion, the project will create the capacity to provide ITC services and solution in large scale and contribute to the society in the era of Industry 4.0.
