The event was held at DOJI Tower – No. 5 Le Duan, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi with the attendance of Chairman of Board of Directors of CMC Corporation - Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh, CEO of CMC Corporation – Mr. Ho Thanh Tung; Chief Solutions Officer of CMC Corporation – Mr. Ha Quoc Thach, Chairman of the Founding Council of DOJI Group - Mr. Do Minh Phu, Permanent Deputy General Director of Doji Group – Ms. Le Thi Hien and senior leaders and managers of the two companies.

At the ceremony, Mr. Ho Thanh Tung - CEO of CMC Corporation and Ms. Le Thi Hien - Permanent Deputy General Director of DOJI Group signed a minutes for product acceptance and handover. Previously, after 6 months of official operation, the SAP-ERP system deployed by CMC has brought extremely impressive results to DOJI Group: 100% of data are entered and stored in the system; all departments are linked and inherited from each other in terms of data; 100% of closed processes from production/outsourcing order to sales are standardized; data retrieval is faster and more stable with higher accuracy and security; redundant operations are reduced by 30%, and pending time for reports by 2 times.

The SAP-ERP system deployed by CMC is a step of comprehensive digital transformation that brings many positive effects to the production and business of enterprises. This solution is being used by over 40,000 customers in the world as well as applied at many large enterprises in Vietnam. SAP-ERP system has been fully localized by CMC to provide a user-friendly version to Vietnamese customers. In addition, CMC also advises on many innovative solutions to both meet requirements for being systematic according to international standards and flexibly develop new components (add-ons) and customizations based on characteristics of DOJI Group.

However, with the determination and efforts of the Project Management Board and its members, the SAP – ERP project has been successfully implemented and operated on the entire system from production to business, exceeding the expectations of both the Board of Directors and the consultant.” He also affirmed that these are the first positive signals in the cooperation between the two companies on the digital transformation journey of DOJI. In the near future, there will be many interesting problems and new challenges for DOJI to solve and overcome, and on this journey, a companion with extensive experience in digital transformation, stature and capacity like CMC is non-expendable.
