CMC accompanies Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs in digital transformation
The program was attended by representatives of CEMA, Ministry of Information and Communications and CMC Corporation, as well as representatives of enterprises and organizations in the field of information technology.

Mr. Hau A Lenh, Member of the Central Committee of the CPV, Minister-Chairman, Head of Digital Transformation Steering Board of Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs said: "The access to and development of digital technology nationwide in general and in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in particular still face many difficulties and challenges. We need to have clearer digital transformation solutions to bring more values as well as the aspiration for digital transformation closer to ethnic people. In addition, for successful digital transformation, we also need to be accompanied by businesses in order to select the most reasonable, effective and fastest solutions."
Public service portal narrows the distance between people and State agencies
Implementing Decision No. 422/QD-UBDT dated 6 April 2021 of Minister-Chairman of Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs on approving the project for construction of CEMA public service portal, a system software has been built and is in the process of being completed.
The online public service portal of CEMA is a unified system consisting of two modules for communication with people (public service portal) and professional task processing of officers and civil servants (electronic one-stop information system).
Representatives of Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs, Ministry of Information and Communications and CMC Corporation launch the Public Service Portal - phase 1.
Using online public services help organizations and individuals reduce travel time and costs for sending documents and receiving results; increase transparency of administrative procedures and handling results; raise responsibilities, professional qualification and IT knowledge of civil servants at state administrative agencies who are assigned to handle administrative procedures, thus contribute to promoting socioeconomic development.
It is expected that in November 2022, the online public service portal will be completed and fully connected to the National Public Service portal. National population database in accordance with Decision No. 06/QĐ-TTg, information systems and specialized database for handling administrative procedures help to provide public services in a consistent, smooth and effective way.
CMC's digital products and solutions enhance and change the lives of mountainous people
Supporting the program of "Responding to National Digital Transformation Day" held by Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs, CMC Corporation brought along technology products and solutions for ethnic minority affairs and digital government, as well as for socioeconomic, cultural and training development for ethnic and mountainous people in the current digital transformation era towards completing the National Target Program for Socio-economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas in the 2021-2030 period.

At the first meeting of the National Committee on Digital Transformation, the Prime Minister - Chairman of the Committee emphasized: Digital transformation affects all people, therefore, people must be the center, subject, goal and motivation of digital transformation. All policies must be people-centered, and people need to participate in the digital transformation process. Just like that, digital transformation can be universal and comprehensive, and can bring practical benefits to people.
